Intersputnik Holding presented the business models of establishing national communication operators Istanbul, 12 April 2007 - Intersputnik Holding, a 100% subsidiary of IOSC Intersputnik, has presented the business models of establishing national communication operators at the international telecommunication conference "Caspian Telecoms 2007", which is held from 12 till 13 April in Istanbul, Turkey. A long term experience of Intersputnik's activity in several regions with developing economy underlies at the heart of these models. Depending on the current level of telecommunication infrastructure in the country, targets and the level of economy development Intersputnik Holding is able to offer the use of the one of three models. Each model includes the complex of technology solutions, marketing tools and detailed business plan of network building and establishing communication operator. From its part Holding is ready to support at the initial stage and during the further development of these models. Intersputnik Holding President Timoshenko O.V. has spoken at the conference with the presentation concerning these business solutions and by the example of Russian company OOO Isatel, which is now a member of the Group, described the practical application one of these models. Intersputnik Holding Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of the Intersputnik International Organization of Space Communications, was established in December 2005 and serves as a parent company of the Group of licensed satellite communication operators representing various markets and states.
