Within the limits of Intersputnik Holding's activity and its development at the territory of CIS countries President of Intersputnik Holding Mr.Timoshenko O. met with a Chief of President Administration of Kyrgyz Republic. Ministers and heads of some interested state bodies and commercial structures were presented at this meeting and discussed many questions concerning establishment of new Kyrgyz enterprise and its actively participation in solving telecommunicational problems in Republic. Expected, that new Kyrgyz enterprise starts its commercial activity already in October 2007.

The 37th meeting of the Heads of RCC Telecommunications Administrations was held in Jurmala on May 28, 2007 on the invitation of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Latvia.

The Council of the Heads of Telecommunications Administrations reviewed Intersputnik's application to join the RCC as an observer and unanimously approved such accession.

During the both sessions Bulgaria's Representative in the Board, Chairman of the State Agency for Information Technologies and Communications Mr. Plamen Vachkov was unanimously elected Chairman of the Intersputnik Board for the next regular term. Following the proposal of RSCC - Intersputnik Signatory from the Russian Federation - the Committee elected RSCC Investment Projects Director Mr. V.L.Glebskiy Chairman of the Committee for the next regular term. The Board and the Operations Committee stated that the Directorate's efforts in the period under review yielded positive results. Also, the delegates of the meeting of the Operations Committee discussed the report of Mr. O.V.Timoshenko, President of Intersputnik's subsidiary Intersputnik Holding Ltd. The next 6th meeting of the Operations Committee will be held in November 2007 in Moscow and the next regular session of the Intersputnik Board in April 2008 in Kiev, Ukraine.

At the common booth the companies' specialists presented the joint project realizing for Norilsk-Telecom for the building multipurpose satellite communications network in Siberian Federal District on the basis of DVB-RCS standard SkyARCS equipment produced by ND SatCom AG.

IOSC Intersputnik and its subsidiary Intersputnik Holding took part in ITU Telecom World held in Hong Kong at Asia World Expo Center. In the Russian National Pavilion, Intersputnik presented full-scale solutions for the establishment of satellite communications networks for corporate customers, fixed and mobile operators based on the resource of Russian-built Express AM satellites. Visitors were provided with information on the capabilities of the spacecraft operating in the Intersputnik system and proposals for Asia-Pacific operators interested in setting up a domestic wireless network in cooperation with Intersputnik Holding Ltd.

Intersputnik Holding won a tender to build satellite earth stations for Golden Telecom satellite network in the territory of the Russian Federation. According to the results of the tender Intersputnik Holding is entrusted with equipment supply, assembly, startup and commissioning, as well as technical maintenance of new satellite earth stations of the Golden Telecom network in the territory of Siberian, Far Eastern, Northwestern and Urals federal districts.
